At Kinni Cake Decor, we take great pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect every order before it is shipped or picked up.
Because many of our items are cake-related, customized, or delicate in nature, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If something goes wrong from our end, we will absolutely make it right.
Please contact us if:

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must:

Provide clear photos and/or videos of the damaged or incorrect item and the packaging
Once we review and approve the claim, we may offer:

A refund, depending on the situation and product availability
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Issues
Kinni Cake Decor is not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers once the package has left our facility. However, we will always assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.
