3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in full before orders are processed or shipped.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities of any order if we suspect fraud, misuse, or inventory errors. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

• The item is damaged during transit, or

• The wrong item was sent due to an error from our end

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Shipping times provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

Kinni Cake Decor is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by shipping carriers once the order has left our facility. However, we will assist customers in filing claims with the carrier when applicable.

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer.

All content on this website — including logos, product photos, designs, text, and graphics — is the property of Kinni Cake Decor and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
